Sandy Morse has been with Billings Clinic for 33 years, she has worked in many capacities, beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and most recently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer. Sandy is currently a Vice President of Operations, focusing on patient throughput, regulatory work, and nursing practice. She is an authentic, collaborative, and strategic nursing leader. Sandy understands the joys and struggles of a Critical Access Hospital as she has served in the role of a Director of Nursing (DON). She has a track record of elevating nursing practice, leading measurable improvements to quality and transforming culture. Sandy spends her free time traveling with her husband, Rob and camping with her 5 grandchildren.
